hey im back from royal rangers camp:D
i came back from church camp from the 7-9 of June as well as a fishing trip to a kelong off Malaysia, Mersiling:D from the 10-11 of June(:
Including my NCC F50 Fokker Joyride on the 15th of June departing off Changi Airbase which utilizes the same runway as Changi Airport commercial planes xD
Then on the 16th I went to Tampines Fire Station to earn the NCC Basic Civil Defence badge. They taught us how to open a stretcher, what to do during an emergency, etc.
We even got to spray a CO2 fire extinguisher xDD

Exams are round the corner, with mine starting in 2 weeks on 12th-15th May, Week 8 of Term 2. I hv chapter 5 of geog notes not made yet, cause i exchanged my hist notes for his geog and he owes me chapter 5 by this saturday 10am :DDD I have to be on the ball in order to enter IP gahh =X
Had PE today ;D did my shuttle run in 9.4s :DD improved by 0.59! But the fastest in my class was 9.1! Eee so gay :DDD

Did NAPFA 2 stations and 2.4km run =.= Standing broad jump only 222 :D and sit ups was damn lazy so did 45 which was a nice number(: then 2.4km 11.23 mins so slowwwww. D: anw i went for NCC AIR IMT training at Yishun Safra ytd. I failed D: the staff sergeant and the Encik say that lane gt problem, always tio aye a(or wtv u spell it) stupid magazine =.= Then rch home alr 8.30pm yawnnn(:
Exams are arriving in 3 more weeeks. Only completed physical sci revision until Mr Simon Lai stopped: chemical equations balancing and chemical changes =X then hist just started, geog not yet >< at least my life science more or less understand le: DNA replication, transcription and translation, and PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) =.= sian.

Today I went for the 61st National Sch Individuals at th Civil Service Club at Tessensohn. There were 8 matches to be played with each player given only 25 mins per match to think. I woke up at arnd 6.45am to do all th necessary morning stuff b4 boarding th bus at 7.30am. I reached th club at 8.15am which was th standard reporting time. The 1st match started arnd 9am and the last match ended at arnd 6.45pm. I won 5 games, lost 2 and drew 1 wif a score of 5 1/2! :DDD Won a merit(19th) position out of 100 participants in the Open 15 category! (: At least my hard work paid off. i rched home at arnd 8.45pm as the prize presentation lasted till 7.45pm ><

Topped the class for life science tgt with wu di with 86% and geog i gt only 92% :/gt 1 careless mistake in MCQ -4 marks le cuz over 25 marks. Anw im quite happy wif my results arnd 81.4% average bah. (Not including physical sciences and art cause hvnt gotten back yet). Hopefully art wldnt be counted or else every1 wld screw up. =X
Attended cca again as usual LOL. Then played some soccer for a little while and then went home.. ;D
Yaye tmr is ACS 123rd Founder's Day so sch ends at 12.30 tmr xDD So mybe I'll be able 2 go back to phpps 2 see th current robotics team (:

Yea i completed the 4.8km run in like 27.20.54 mins! Quite slow but at least I burn Wen Kai in the last 200m even thou he had a 15m advantage! ;D LSG gt 1st overall for sec 2 runners ;D cuz we gt 3rd, 4th and 7th among the top 10 runners! So all the sec 2's in my hse gt medals! xD Shall post the picture tmr. Poor Bryan Ong he lost his title last year gt owned by Gregory so he became 2nd! :O luckily gt no sch aft the run, or else we all die >< I completed my lit hw! But nt sure one eng summary points so shall check wif ryan ong tmr.. Oso getting bk geog and life science exam papers tmr. So nervous ah... :/

Happy Valentine's Day every1! xDDDD
Had life science tuition in the morning.
Plant tissue culture is the nutrient media under sterile conditions of plant cells, organs, explants, tissues, cells and protoplast.
Totipotency is the ability to initiate cell division from any tissue of the plant, the ability to regenerate lost organs and to undergo different development pathways in response to particular stimulis, to express the full genetic potential of the parent plant.
And there are 5 types of tissue cultures namely, cell suspension, root, shoot and meristem, embryo and microspore.
4 stages: Iniation, Multiplication, Rooting and Acclimazation
Cheem right? O.o thats our chapter 2 of life science ;x
ok i shant go on ranting anymore on life science.
Came home at around 12pm and played DotA with bro and tried out broodmother. Damn gay! xD then started revision for geog for a while b4 going 4 Rr.
came back from rr, and started making notes on chapter 2. Finished at around 10pm including a bit ofslacking, eating and bathing.

Im mugging for math now =.= So tired.. I roughly know all my formulas such as y=kx and y=k/x. Now what I MAY be worried nw is on maps and scales, all the stupid areas. Tch said that there will be 10-11 questions tme, but of course will hv part questions de. I gt back my hist paper and gt 29/30! :DD Tch said HCL gt many 60-70s, although it was only chapters 1.1 and 1.2. I think it's becuz of the tian ci xuan kong and the comprehesion probably. Same for english. I wrote question 3 which was v difficult i think. I though q 1 and 2 were argumentative so didnt dare write them. But it turned out only q2 was argumentative while the rest were discursive. So pissing! Dx. Ok i gtg chiong my maths somemore le..

Zzz. So bored.

Im studying (lit?!)!! Like what's there 2 study 4 lit? There's no book like Merchant of Venice for term 1 yet. It's only an unseen poem, and juz write and decribe the poem can liao..

Today was a fun yet stressful day.

We had our history exam today. I kinda forgotten the difference between a historian and archielogist. ;p I oso forgt whats a monopoly ><. We were released from class at 11.20am so that we cld eat our lunch and proceed to NCC hq at 12 noon. We reached hq at about 12.25pm for our trainfire lesson. We were lent a M16 rifle each, and were taught how to strip a rifle(or rather dismantle it). It was quite interesting to see what was inside a M16 rifle but at th same time it was quite oily too! Eeeee. Then towards the end Feng Chan lost the one of the important parts in the rifle so the whole platoon had to find the pin. We cld nt find it in the amphi-theatre. Then at about 5.00pm we left hq to go back to ACS(I). When we came back we were given a shelling by the tch-in-charge and staff sergeant Kevin Tan. We had to do 20 pushups for being late(wtf tch release us late), 20 for uniform(some of our platoon's uniform were screwed up), and 30 for screwed up beret(whatever the spelling is it's the hat we wear). Waa 70 in a row leh... Now my hand still damn pain argh Dx. Hahas hopefully tmr wldnt be pain so can do english expository writing CT.. Maybe Ill pon NCC tmr, cuz gt Lit make up and I dunno what else..

Continued from yesterday:

Day 3.

I developed a minor sore throat from eating too much chocolate I guess. We gathered at the conference room and were dismissed by Mr Gavin Ang for breakfast. In the morning, we had to go to a dry forest to take note of the harsh environments the Pitcher Plant lives in. The soil was sandy and there were noticeable cracks on the ground, probably due to the relentless heat from the sun. We took notes on the Pitcher Plant and even dissected one of them. We saw the acid inside the plant dissolving a poor little ant. We were told by our guide to meticulously observe the surroundings and see what type of organisms thrive in such a harsh environment. Joel Chow, my friend, drew a few sketches of the Pitcher Plant and took a few pictures using his camera. Then we proceeded back to the hotel for our lunch. We had from 1.30pm to 4.30pm to prepare for our presentation later that day. Our teacher, Mrs Megan Lim, checked our powerpoint presentation and we were released at probably 4.15pm for recreation. My heart leapt for joy as were released 15 minutes earlier. I was totally elated. Almost my whole class and I played soccer for recreation, with Mr Gavin Ang and Mr Ong Wooi Chiang joining us to play for a while. The former played the role of a goalkeeper and the latter as a striker. Both were equally good. By the time we had finished, sweat was dripping all over my forehead. I rushed back to my room and took a bath. Then we had dinner which was seafood bbq and went back to the conference room for our presentation from all the groups.

Day 4.

My sore throat had subsided as I drank a lot of water yesterday and today. We had to wake up at approximately 6.15am, which was unusually early. We had to complete a treasure hunt in the morning, so we ate our breakfast and set off around 8am. I was filled with excitement and enthusiasm. I was filled with excitement and enthusiasm. Our guide told us the trail was 4.5km long, but I personally think it was much longer than that. We had to copy ten messages, which would give us a clue to and a riddle to lead us to the next clue. My entire group was sweating profusely as we resisted the relentless heat from the sun. At clue 7, we were sabotaged by some other group who had put a con yellow ‘X’ on a rock to mislead us. My group spent close to fifteen minutes being stuck at the fake ‘X’. By God’s grace, we explored near the area and finally found the genuine ‘X’. We took another twenty to thirty minutes to complete our remaining treasure hunt. When I boarded the bus, cool air greeted me as I felt as if a load had been lifted off my shoulders. Later we returned back to the hotel and did a final pack on our bags. We left for Kluang , Prime City Hotel. We arrived there at 6.35pm, a one-and-a-half-hour behind scheduled time. We were given a briefing on dinner and shopping on an adjacent plaza. Dinner was wonderful. I preferred the food here to the food at Desaru. Shopping was a breeze. I saw many pirated CDs and many nice T-shirts. I bought 2 of them for only RM35 only! The prices were reasonably cheap. We were briefed by our guide and then lights out followed.

Day 5.

Today we again woke up at 6am. We had our breakfast and left around 8.30am for Kahang Organic Rice Farm. We were asked by our guide to pluck out some parts of the rice plants to count how many tillers there were. The mud was quite thick but it wasn’t as bad as the one at the obstacle course on day two. We were provided with brown rice from the farm with chicken and also brown rice milk for lunch. It was very thick and nutritious. When I looked at it initially, I was totally disgusted by the colour. After taking a sip of it, I realized that it did not turn out as bad as I thought it would be. When we had finished our lunch, we had to plant some padis into the waist-deep water. I did not have to go in as I had some rashes on my legs for one-and-a-half months! I even saw a few small leeches that stuck onto my other schoolmates. How disgusting! We went fishing thereafter. Sean Wee caught a really big fish. Shawn Lim and I had our baits bitten off by the fish. We were really disappointed when we were unable to catch ant fish. We proceeded back to Prime City Hotel and took a bath each. We gathered at the conference room at 6.50pm. I also managed to do a draft on cyber bullying, which was due on Friday after the day we would return back to Singapore. We were dismissed class by class for dinner. We were taken to a nearby shopping centre to shop. I preferred the ones yesterday to today’s. We assembled at the entrance of the shopping centre and took the bus back.

Day 6.

We went to Zenxin Organic Farm to learn more about organic agriculture and left the place at around 1.30pm and reached back in ACS(I) at around 3.30pm.

Overview.

I find this OEP trip meaningful. It taught me the importance of teamwork during the various group activities we had to work together to complete the various activities. The activities I liked the most were the obstacle course and rafting. Although the obstacle course was muddy and dirty, I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless. I liked the monkey bar. Thankfully, I did not fall into the mud that lay beneath me. The last obstacle was seemingly difficult. It was a wall that was nearly twice our height. We had to support each other to climb over that giant obstacle. I enjoyed the rafting too. We had to build a raft using 6 tyres, 5 wooden poles and some raffia. It was quite challenging as we had to row our raft across the river too. I felt nervous when we were rowing the raft together.

Overall, we learnt many things about the natural habitat such as the beach ecology and the wild habitat. I think that these things will probably help us in life science next time.

School ended at 1.00pm today so I wnt back to Phpps at 1.30pm, juz made it when the gates opened for alumni to enter. I saw almost all the teachers who had taught me in one way or another, especially Ms Teo and the robotics teachers. I couldnt find fu lao shi as she was away due to her being sick today. Dx. They said i could go help to help on wed and fri if i had the time after school. I saw many of my ex-classmates. They have grown taller! I saw marvin, kuo xuan and bing da too! I felt very nostalgic as I left the gates of Phpps at 3.00pm. The principal took away the oasis D:

Marvin, kuo and I went to the market to eat char kway teow. Poor Kuo he didnt want to eat so he listened to music and waited patiently for us to finish. Meanwhile bing da went back home to eat his lunch and have a bath b4 we met him at marvin's house. I played a game of DotA there with the Malaysians. i first blood Na using Sa at the 3rd minute! =.=

I shall post my journal entries on the first 2 days of my OEP trip:

Day 1.

We arrived at Golden beach Hotel at 12.15pm. We left our bags in the conference room and went to down to eat our lunch. This activity I enjoyed the most was the sands sculpturing competition. It tested our creativity. My group decided on the topic “Marine Life”. We carved a turtle, a hammerhead shark, a stingray, etc. We were lucky as Joel, the art expert, was in my group. After the competition, we were allowed to step on the sand sculptures by Mr Gavin Ang. Shawn Lim, Philip and I derived great fun from destroying the sculptures. Although our footwear was sandy, we managed to clean them. We went for our night activity after dinner and bathing. Crickets frequently broke the ambient silence of the night. We managed to catch a few crickets, an ant and other night life, etc.

Day 2.

We went to the beach for our beach ecology around 10am today. It was teeming with hermit crabs and sea shells. We learnt more about hermit crabs, the way they walk and how they are able to choose their shells. I also saw a few ghost crabs too! I liked the way the hermit crab moves! I also enjoyed the obstacle course and the rafting. Time was of the essence and the obstacles were very challenging, especially the second course, I was very afraid when I saw a few students fall into the mudpool. We had to act Tarzan and swing across a waist-level pool filled with mud and grease. I fell right into it and became soaking wet. During rafting, we had to create our own raft using six tyres, a few wooden poles and some raffia. Our group managed to launch our raft first ahead of our class and 2.15. It was my second time building a raft. I learnt the more about the importance of teamwork when building and rowing the raft. Without teamwork, I do not think the raft would be successfully built. When we returned back to the hotel, we were all dirty with mud and grease and thus we had to shower to keep ourselves clean. I was digusted by the dirtiness of the muddy water. Overall, today was an activity packed day.

After school i attended my chess club's 1st meeting of the year!

The Sec 1's are really nt bad except for 3! They can own me Dx.

Yay I finally beat Wen kai at chess twice in a row. He has really deproved a lot after tn playing chess in the hols.

I was playing soccer after chess with Nick and others. I juggled the ball for about 16 times then suddenly a sharp pain hit my calf muscles! It was a muscle cramp! Waa now still pain :( It was a true pain coming bcak home by bus. Whats more, the bus was very crowded!

Nw Im chionging my physical science graph hw on best fit line and best fit curve =.= 2 more questions to go! Ive alrdy finished the jac mary ee english "how to plant a tree" intro. She say continue in class tmr...

Okay I juz came back from a royal rangers(u know the organisation that came to phpps when we were p2?) church camp that started ytd and ended today which was at Dairy Farm Adventure Centre(the place where we had our P5 camp). It was quite fun, and we were promoted to ER(expendition rangers)! Jeremy Teo and Low, Zoel, Jun qi, Eugene koh, Keith chia, me and others went for the camp. For dinner ytd night, we had to go to the supermarket and spend $60 for the ingredients. We oso had to cook the food ourselves too! Jun qi had a wondrous idea of using bread crumbs like those chips at Long John Silvers =.= We added some cheese into it and it tasted nt bad! We had worship and devotion at around 10pm? I shall post about ytd.

Kuo xuan, Wendy hu and me met up at lakeside MRT with her CG group from City Harvest Chuch for thanksgiving at one of their houses. I met them at around 1.40pm. Zzz so late. There was this P6 boy who was 176cm, taller than kuo xuan! The CG had about 20 teenagers, from as young as 10 years to 20+ years old! Quite a big CG i guess. We had singspiration, thanksgiving and some award giving "ceremony" to some ppl in the CG for their outstading services. The CG was quite bonded and there were quite a handful of RV ppl there, probably a RV revival? o.o

Kuo xuan, wendy and I sat around them and chatted about sch and blahblah. They were quite friendly in my opinion. I enjoyed their company very much. I had to leave them at about 5.10pm and wendy and some other guy brought me to the MRT station. Okayy this is sth like a boring old journal =.=

I had no time to post for the last few days, and i have mind blank now so I will post for today's events.
In the morning we went to some koala and kangaroo and blabla "zoo". We left home at 9.10 and reached there at around 9.45. (Aus time). We saw chicks, kangaroos, koalas, eagles, mini horses, etc. It was very windy there too. Temperature maybe about 27 degrees celsius? At the very least better than singapore's windless mornings. We left the place at about 1pm and proceeded to eat our lunch at some asian food store. We had laksa, char kway teow and some hor fun. :D so nicee
Then went to the supermarket next door and bought the ingredients for tonight's dinner. After that we went home to rest. Zzz

We touched down at around 10am (8am Sin time) and our uncle fetched us to his house. We went out for lunch at some jap restaurant and had a hearty meal. Then we went shopping around Brisbane. We went to Mt. Coot-tha and South Bank which was in the city, so weate our dinner there. Later we went back to our house.

Today:
We went to Maleny to have lunch which was a suburb in Brisbane. Before that we went up to the Glass House Mountains which had a scenic view of the landscape below. At Maleny, we had our lunch of fish and chips and other stuff.
We proceeded on to the supermarket after that to buy some fruit juice and chocolate milk. Then we went to another smaller? suburb-Montville. We did some shopping there too. We went to the the beach area to have our dinner and than we went to Harvey Norman to buy a walkie talkie initially. Our uncle bought an ipod nano for Melissa as it was her bdae and another for my brother and me as there was a discount xD

I couldnt use the comp for these few days so I didnt update Dx.

On Monday Kuo, Ariel, Wendy and me went over to Ariel's place to play badminton. But in the end we didnt play lol. We chatted and caught up with each other over 2008. xD

And later on today we're going out again to I-dunno-where lols. Wendy gt badminton training till 1pm. Zzz.

Ill be going on holiday to brisbane to see my migrated cousins :DD later at night. Got to leave home at 8pm cuz the flight's at 11pm. Maybe we'll see my church friend who's also going on hols too coincidentally.

Ytd I went over to Ariel's hse with Kuo xuan and Wendy lim. We arrived there at 9am and played badminton until maybe 10.30am. The brother went to PHPPS for a dental appointment so we didnt have any disturbances. When we were tired we went inside and rested. Ariel played audi while the 3 of us sat on the bed and chatted. Lols. Then when her bro came back he wanted to challenge me in gunbound =.= I won him 4-0. xD Shouldnt be bullying a small kid but nvm...
later at 1pm we went to west mall to have our lunch at macs. We met up with Jia min who juz finished her CO practice. We went to the library after our lunch. At around 2.45pm I left there at took 852 home.

Im back from church camp! I thoroughly enjoyed it. :D

I felt that during this 4 days, God has spoken to me and thus I have grown more spiritually.

Ive found out that we should take the initiative and raise up ur hands when praising God. We should not look at what our friends are doing. We cannot keep this mindset 'If they dun raise up, I oso dun raise up'. God has blessed every1 there with the gift of tongues, and every1 could feel God's holy presense there. It was a generation of revival, also a generation of destiny where God wants us to do whatever He has in mind for us. The fire of the Holy Spirit was there, touching hearts.
I slept past 2am on all the nights. We stayed up late to play Titi. I leant Titi only during this camp lols. Overall, I think this youth camp was better than last year's. This year we grew more spiritually, last year it was more bonding between us. I think last year was the prelude to this year's camp. The pastor was a very good speaker, just that he spat too much when he talked and the front row was baptised in saliva. LOL. I was in the back row so I wasnt affected.

Im so busy playing chess until no time to post here. LOL

The tournament finally ended. I onli gt 4/8 points maximum which is only 50%. Won 3 , lost 3 and drew 2. Haiizzz~ sian.

At least I know my rating will go up cuz I beat a 1428 rated guy when Im only 1291. 5 pawns against 1 rook in the endgame. 1st he blundered a knight den I blundered my rook. So I chopped off all his pawns except 1. Lols.

I have to do some audio recording again tmr. Wa seh 2/3 of my friends who are supposed to come with me tmr cant make it. So onli Jun Wei and me going with other from Anglican High and Coral Secondary. I still hvnt found the han yu pin yin for the chinese words that I dunno. Tmr wake up earlier chiong it den go church for bible study. Wonder how much I can chiong =.=

The chess tournament starts today and will end by saturday. It was hosted at CSC (Civil Service Club) at the one near Mustafa. Started at 9.30am. Lost the 1st game to top seed in our category U14 to Matthew Peter Chin. If only Daniel Fernandez had been in our category he wld hv owned him. Sadly he go join open =.=

So I ended the 1st game at 10.30am. The second round wld start at 2.30pm! 4 hours of pratically doing nth! At about 12pm, Wen Kai's mum bought lunch for us. Chicken rice lols!

2nd game played with some super noob. He starting of the round talk big den kerna owned by me in 26 moves! What a noob! As it was raining heavily I could not walk back to Farrer MRT station wich was at least 700m away. So Leon's mum fetched me to Novena MRT since they stayed in the vinicity. I took an MRT to Cityhall den change to my destination, Clementi. After that took 184 back home :D

Today I had to wrap my Sec 2 txtbks and wkbks. Damn sian leh. Took close to 10-15 mins for the 1st few books. After that then much faster. Wasted about 2 hours of my time. After lunch I went to the Bukit Batok library to find some chess books. Then when I want borrow the books they say my Ez-link card gt problem! Wth. After that went Marvin's hse for a while. Although he juz started playing 1-2 weeks ago, he's quite good at anti-mage le. Not bad for a starter. We were farming off Alvin and 1 6.56 AI revision 1 normal. Lols. He keep ks-ing my kills. Ks until gt 9 assists! =(

Waa 3rd week of hols liao...

Today after church service then ate lunch and went to Suntec City for the popular bookfair. There so crowded. Played with my cube there lol and even saw Benjamin Chew from RI now. Lols.
Then went bowling at 5pm-7pm at grandma's hse again. Gt 1 game I tyco. THe 1st 5 shots all spare! WOOTS! Den ending score 142 weeeeeee!

Later went to eat dinner with uncle, grandma and great grandma at the coffee shop nearby. Business was brisk there so a bit crowded.

Still learning F2L...

Went to Alvin's hse ytd.

He got owned by me repeatedly. I was shocked when he owned Joseph 7-1 in kills. Omg.

He tyco den own Joseph ba. Normally he gets owned by EVERYONE. He thinks Sentinel and Scourge got difference! What a noob.

Today I had to leave my house at 10.45am to reach Bugis by 12pm. Took an MRT there and arrived there at 11.45am++ I guess. I went there to do some audio recording for the chinese teacher! It was sth like a game. We were characters and just like in DotA, the character speaks. So we had to speak some chinese stuff. My sch, Anglican High and Coral secondary school took part in this recording. =.=

When I entered the room where the recordings took place, it was very quiet and I had to put on a headphone and stand right close to the mike. Sounds echoed over the small room. When I recorded I screwed up the 1st part. When we say "place" in chinese or :di fang", must speak like some Chinese professional. Cant speak it casually, or else must re-record. T.T

Today I went to Marvin's hse xD

Saw him play DotA using terrorblade the soul keeper.

HAHAAHAs he got owned by 6.53 AI+ in 34 mins. But he's still new to DotA, so that's okay. I guess the same thing happens to every1 who are new at a certain game or so. That's fine.

Played with Joseph in the morning and got 'Dorminating' which means 4 kills in a row without dying a single time in between. I was using Viper and he was using Luna. When he left it was at the 20-min mark. I was lvl 17 and he was lvl 13. Severely underleveled!!!

Once I had 200 hp and he had 600-700 and I chiong-ed him. He died and I was left with 60hp! Lols. :p

My 60th post! Woots!

Today was the FINAL day of our year 1 life. The prefects gave us our inter-class soccer medal xD As usual, we played dual masters in class till 8.30am. Den we all had our recess till 9am. After that got some EP (Elective Programme) thingy until 9.50am. But this was not all. Had some Malay appreciation music programme until dunno-what-time. Den later our principal gave us some boring speech to the whole school. Waaa sian haiz~

Returned back to our 1.8 Paul class and we imitated our English teacher with his permission. 'Nick: Haikel, look at your socks. This is really unacceptable...' HAHHAH damn funny. A few people went up including me :DDD

At 1.30pm we shifted our desks to the 2.8 classroom. Got some new ppl like the annoying Shane Yeow and others like Barry Yeo. We met our PCT (Pastorial Care Tutor). School ended at 2pm. Almost all the Year 1 (In fact all except Ying Wei) pwn the NCC Air challenge quest thingy. AHHAHAHA Ying Wei was selected to represent the Part As in the challenge quest thing! Lols.

Stayed back to play soccer till 4.45pm since it was the last day of school. Had so much fun!

This comes to a close of the Year 1 ACS(I) life. Lols random xD

School went on as usual today...

But, every1 was playing dual masters in class! The teacher wasnt in class, and even if he was, he wouldnt care! We had some 1.8 dual master competition. My deck won it amazingly with Alvin Lee (the noob) using it.HAHHAHAHAHAHA :]

Then I chiong-ed my F2L rubik's cube algorithms. Learnt and memorized about 8 cases today. A little common sense though. Talking about the 4x4 parity cases, It's like 15 steps long for some! Zzz...

I think I've given up memorizing it. Just stick to the 3x3 cube without any annoying parity cases.

Woops didnt post for a few days...

Thursday: School went on as per normal, but we were released at 2 instead of the usual 2.30. It was the inter-class soccer finals! My class, 1.2 and 1.7 were inside. In the first game, my class and 1.7 fought. It ended in a 0-0 draw. Then, 1.2 and 17. challenged. Again, it was a draw, with a 1-1 draw. It was our turn against 1.2. If we drew 0-0, we would be out of the finals. Luckily, we won 1-0, so we proceeded into the finals against 1.7. It was a VERY CLOSE match. William handballed in the penalty area and Kevin Low converted it into a 1-0 advantage for them. It was also raining heavily but there wasnt any lightning or thunder so the game carried on. Later, we scored an equalizer and we scored again in the final minute of play. We were elated that we won the sec 1 inter-class soccer tournament. xD

Friday: School ended at 1pm! Received my EoY results. Average of A2 i think. Had NCC (Air). The part Ds were passing out and the part Cs rose to take their place. Seageant Kevin Tan got owned. He was playing with the stick when the year 5 Sir scolded him in front of us, Part As. I forgt to bring my uniform on that day for the proficiency test! Arghh.

Today: Went to anchorpoint after lunch at Crystal Jade at Holland. I found out that the core of my DIY cube was cracked and so i replaced it. I also bought a 4x4 cube and my brother bought another 3x3 DIY cube. LOLs. Now my cube feels so smooth. Did a 34.32 second and a 35 second today. xD Nth much after that...

Today we had a fun time in class. We were allowed to bring card games to sch except for poker cards. So I brought dual masters along for fun juz to challenge my other classmates' decks. I won 4 lost 2. :DDD Then the prefects came in and informed that us that my class, 1.2 and 1.7 will also be in the finals for the inter-class soccer tournament. xDDD

We had 2 talks on CAP (Cultural Arts Programme) i think and some drug abuse thingy. CAP was damn boring but at least the drug thing was kind of interesting.

After school, I went to KAP (King Albert Park) to meet MS. Teo and my fellow Fa6 07 classmates. Saw Marvin, Kuo xuan, Leon, Kester, He kai, Darren, Ariel, Joan lim and ong, and samantha lun who was nt in Fa6. Lols. Kester looks so different. At first Leon couldnt recognize me. I was like wthh! Lunch was a treat from Ms. Teo. Bought a Mcflurry as not realli hungry...

Then after that went to Marvin's house with Kuo xuan. Teached them how to play dotA. Kx used viper while Marvin used Drow. They were playing 6.50 AI! So sucky!!! Now 6.54b AI come out liao =.="

Today my class had a few free periods! So some of us were cubing, others were playing frisbee in class, and cricket too! Cubed 36 ad 39 seconds today! Fastest timing so far! xD

We had inter-class soccer today after school. The first match we were against 1.6. We won them 2-1. It was a close fight, coming back from 0-1 to 2-1 eventually from 2 free kicks. In the second game, we lost to 1.7 0-2! The damn pro Geliang did not even bother to run for the ball and yet scored! =.=" Last game we won 2-0 over 1.13. Whew! with this outcomes, we were able to proceed into the finals of the inter-class soccer of only 3 teams!

End of the 4 day holiday that started on Thursday last week.

Didnt have bible study in the morning with Liang Wei! He forgt to bring his book! BS leader forget... aiyo...

After church service went to eat lunch opposite the church and I proceeded to Bukit Batok library while my mom and brother went home. I tried to find any books on F2L rubik's cube but no avail... haizz~ Den later came accross a book that says how to lubricate ur cube. I suddenly thought of Marvin Chin and his cube and went to his house. Stayed there for aboyt 1h+. He helped me lubricate my cube but the stick at the front of the silicon spray came out and the silicon sprayed all over my cube! =.="

Den went home and built a Lego mindstorms robot to turn the cube so that the silicon would be spread out evenly. LOLS. Took about 2h to build it. But it sometimes still stalls, not enough power. Also went swimming. Im tired now. YAWNNN..

Today: No school AGAIN. Went out with some of my church members that play dotA at Paradiz.

Won 2 lost 2. Razor and Drow. HEEHEE. Stayed there from 11.30 till 3.30! Lols. Had a great time there playing among ourselves.

Went to F1. Bryont Chin gave me a ticket free! Lolzxzx thx bryont!

Arrived at his house at 5pm. Den we left there at 6pm+. Picked up one of his mom's friend, heard that he is some prince from ________ that came to Singapore to set up his own business. We parked at the montuary at SGH (free parking) and took a taxi to Funan. We had dinner at the food court there. I saw some girl playing a 6 by 6 rubik's cube there. LOL

By the time we finished dinner, we missed the practice session. We walked into the "stadium" and there were many police ppl there. They checked my bag. Lol. Then we strolled around the place. It was very expensive. A cup of ice milo costs $4. Ppl cashing in on such a opputunity to earn big money. And all the merchanize were quite ex. A F1 cap could cost $30+++. Later we found our seats and sat down. 3rd row from the bottom. So we were quite near the racing track. I took some pictures of the surroundings around me. Here they are:

I had to put on my ear plugs. It was VERY loud. Deafening. As hoped, Ferrari's Massa won. Congrats! But he screwed up today. From pole position to last. Sad case. Race ended at 11.15pm. We took about 1/2 hour to leave the place, due to the limited exits available. We took the cab back to montuary and drove back to send the prince home. Then they drove me back as my house was quite near theirs. By the time I got home, it was alrdy 1.30am. Yawn

hello I didnt post 4 days due to mugging!

Monday: I dont rmb a thing. I juz know every1 played tablet during PC lesson lolzxzx.

Tuesday: I cubed 51 seconds during PC time, just b4 8am. I was damn lucky; completing the cross in 5 seconds! Woots xD First time under 55 seconds. Now my average still stands about 1 min, slightly above it by 2-3 seconds? Then during EP (Elective programme) which was robotics for me.

Our teacher challenged us to use NXT ( a type of lego robotic brain) to do line tracking on the NJRC 2007 playfield. Lol. My group successfully completed the mission just a few minutes b4 the other groups LOL. After sch I had higher chinese tuition at Shawn Lim's house together with him. We were so damn bored that I brought my duel master cards collected last yr and challenged him. I won him 3-0! LOL. Den came back ate dinner, showered and started to mug while msning. HAHA multi-tasking is fun xD

Today: The school had a Honour's Day thingy today. I cant believe Shawn Lim won a prize. Walao NJRC he play dotA during training and still win. WTH. Then my chess CCA damn biased sia. ACS team A who gt U14 1st gt the certificate. Den my team ACS team B gt 2nd no certificate. Still 2nd for national secondary school U14 category same as team A rite? Gt silver for the sch no cert. WTH. So every1 set in the hall. At first we had farewell chapel for the year 4 express and year 6 IB people.From 7.30am until 9.00am. Then break for 40 mins. After that was the proze presenation. We went back to the hall at 9.40am. I at forst thought it was gonna be damn boring. But later I think Shawn Chow went to irriate Shaine. He shouted Shaine's name. Shain shouted shut up! Den later the whole row was laughing. What's more when we laughing at our own jokes, Shaine thought we were laughing at him and shouted shut up. Den we all started laughing. Later on Anna Lim the year 1 director walked past and heard Shaine shouting. Then he kerna punished HARHARHAR. But after that no more fun le. So we set in the hall from 9.40 to 12.30 looking at the certificate receipients. WTH 1 1/2 hrs+ 2 5/6 hrs=4 1/3 hours sitting down. Backache sia. Thankfully sch ended immediately after that at 12.30pm and I hitched a ride back from Shawn Lim's mom. HAHAHA freeloading is fun! xD

Btw this is my longest post so far lolzxzxzx.

I shall continue mugging for geog. 2 more chapters to go! YAY lol.

I havent updated for days! LOL

So now I shall update.

Today is my church's 25th Annual General Meeting.

I had service in the morning but at an earlier time, 9am.

Normally i would be in the bus heading for church to have bible study.

So service ended at 10.30am. Some of my friends went to LAN while I went to coffee bean to study geog for about 45 mins or so. So far, my revision is still okay, rather on the ball. History: chapters 4 n 5 done, left chapter 6. Geog: chapters 8a and 9 done liao left with 4, 5, 8b, 8c, 10 and 11.

Remainding subjects: chinese (revised the ci yu 4 chapters alrdy, life and physical science nt yet! ahh. lit still okay baa)

It was our CT Mr James Ng B'dae. So every1 stayed back and cut cake blabla.

Lessons.

Our computer studies teacher didnt come. So practically the whole class was playing on their tablet. Hahs. I was playing dotA.

Today I also returned back to PHPPS to sell drinks for mooncake festival. Free CIP hours! xD

I saw my P6 friends like Marvin. Kuo Xuan, the two Joans, Ariel, Wendy hu, Joel, Shao Fen, Ming En, Kevin blabla. (sry if i didnt put ur name in there) Stayed there from 6-9pm. 3 hours of CIP!

Then came back home and played dotA and owned my bro. LOL

Hi ppl.

I cant wait for tmr PHPPS mooncake festival. I'm going to help Ms. Teo sell drinks with some of the Fasixers 2007. I can also get free CIP hours. Hahas :]

I cubed a timing of 58 seconds today during literature. My first time below 1 minute! I felt so pleased with myself. The teacher didnt come. Lolzxzx.

After sch, I had CIP at Pacific healthcare. I saw the old folks there and talked to them together with those who went. We performed a few songs. It was screwed up. We didnt prepare. So we randomly sang a few olden songs. =D

Overall I enjoyed my stay of 2 hours there. On the way back to school, I cubed 56 seconds! My best so far! yay xD

Im now much better. Now left with a bit of a runny nose. My cough and phlegm have subsided by quite a lot.

Today I was supposed to have PE-swimming. But then I haadnt completely recovered yet. So I juz conviniently showed my MC to the PE teacher; and I didnt have to do any PE today. Haha. I pity the ppl who forgt to bring their swimware today. They were made to do 100 pushups and dunno how many jumping jacks. LOL.

We had many class lessons today. Keep changing periods. Damn sian. =(

Today.
NJRC!!! We stayed in science centre from 9am onwards to abt 6pm++.
Disaster.
Mission 1 we achieved a total of 100/105 maximum points. Yay! xD

Went to anchorpoint today to fix my DIY cube. The stickers were coming off 1 by 1. =(
But then the uncle there gave me a pack of stickers FREE coz i bought the cube from him 2 wks ago. He oso help me remove my old stickers and help me lubricate the cube. What a free loader.

And I pwned my bro at dotA again as usual. His frozen throne was alrdy under attack when my lvl 4 towers were still half health. What's more my lvl 3 towers were gone in the mid and bot lane.

Today I went for the 49th National chess inter school competition.
My team (ACS Independent B) achieved 2nd for the under 14 category and 2nd for the South zone too. The A team gt 1st. lolxzxzx
I won three games, lost 1 and drew 2 out of the 6 games I played today. I was very tired at the end of the matches. Imagine. Max 50 mins per match. 50*6=300 mins!!! That's 5 hrs max thinking.
Yawn. Nonetheless the teacher was quite proud of every1 who participated.

Today I had literally no schooling.
But I had to go back for robotics.
Finally finished building the base of my 6 wheels RCX robot with 6 motors. Lolzxzx.
Now the only obstacle that I have is how to get over the 2-layered bricks. Zzzz
The rest of the sections all can do liao. This yr's NJRC not that difficult compred to the previous few yrs.
I reached home at 8 despite leaving at 9.30. That's abt 4 hrs doing robotics excluding lunch, reaching there, coming back, playing dotA when damn sian...

hello.
Today was the start of our PE swimming module. Which means we have to swim in the pool. The teachers classified us into groups A, B, C and D. I was in C. :D
After the 1h lesson, we had to change back to our sch uniform. How annoying.
It was one of the slackiest day in our sch term. Almost all our teachers didnt come on that day. So most ppl playing tablet in class. :D
After sch, I had my robotics EP. NJRC(National Junior Robotics Competition) was like 2 weeks later. Poor me. What's more the robot I built was conveniently destroyed by someone. :/

Ahh.
Camp feast was horrible. The CLTs there kept shouting at us.
Even told us to put our fingers to our lips when we talked too loud. But it's kinda childish rite???
How GAY.
But at least the food there wasn't that bad after all.
We went for the rock climbing, rappelling, low elements, flying fox.
Flying fox was quite enjoyable.
You wld drop like 2 stories b4 gliding across the rope at the top of ur head.
Veri fun and thrilling.
But u had to muster the courage to get off the platform.
Overall the activities were not bad. But the CLTs were not very nice.
So after the whole camp all the part As were all promoted to lance corporal.
Tmr sch ends at 12pm. Mayb I 'll go back to phpps to visit the teachers.
Gotta wear some stupid red and white t-shirt and burmudas there. :/
